From the moment we started talking to John about an air to air system to heat our new Garden Room and the downstairs of our cottage, we have been nothing but impressed. We were given system options, communication has been great and amazing flexibility provided around installation, given as with most projects (and ours has been no different) it has been a moving feast due to weather and other factors. Joe and Sam delivered a great installation – it was neat, tidy and professional. Before leaving they made sure we were confident with its operation, with an assurance provided they would be available if needed for any further assistance. As far as the air to air system is concerned, we love it. In terms of looks, heating comfort and running costs, it has exceeded all our hopes and expectations.
